Helping to Support People with complex needs in the community
Parallel options are an established provider of supported living and domiciliary care for vulnerable adults with complex needs who have a learning disability, and/or mental health needs.
Our specialist support packages offer people the chance to live independently in their own home within the community where they can be supported both day and night by a dedicated and specialist team of support workers.
Many of the people we support are vulnerable and have complex needs. We provide them with individual support with a focus on promoting independent living skills, decision making and responsibility.
We are proud of our reputation for providing support for people. In addition we now have a number of people who have been able to move on to a more independent service.
Parallel Options is registered with the CSCI as a Domiciliary Care Agency and with the Supporting People Team.
We Can Provide:
- Staff with learning disability and mental health experience,
- On site background support team available at all times,
- 24 hour staff support and sleep-in staff available,
- Variety of one and two bed flats, houses and bungalows to suit individuals' needs,
- Accommodation close to city centre locations approximately 5-20 minutes walk of employment and leisure opportunities
- Direct and Indirect support, and access to support 24 hours per day.
