Support + Housing = Parallel Options

Providing supported living and domiciliary care for vulnerable adults with complex needs requires both expertise and experience.

That’s what you will find with Parallel Options.

We specialise in working with people who may have learning disabilities, mental health problems or both.

Our person-centred care packages enable our clients to live independently in their own home, in the community, supported by trained and experienced staff.

This flexible support can range from a few hours a day to 24-hour, day and night packages, and is particularly appropriate when residential care is not an option.

Each client’s care is as individual as they are but our support packages share a common theme of promoting life skills, decision-making and responsibility.

As a result, many of our clients have been able to move on to reduced support and even greater independence.

We work to the highest professional standards and are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a domiciliary care agency and the Supporting People programme.
