Parallel Options provides supported living to adults with Learning or Mental Health difficulties 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We currently employ over 100 staff and are continually growing and developing our service.
Within our service we employ Project Managers, Project coordinators, Team Leaders, Senior support workers and Support workers all providing service users with support within different aspects of their daily lives.
All of our team leaders, senior support workers and support workers work set shifts over a two week rolling rota, including sleep-ins.

- Developing domestic / life skills
- Developing social skills / behaviour management
- Help in establishing personal safety and security
- Help in gaining access to other services
- Peer support and befriending
- Risk assessment
All new employees receive a comprehensive 3 week induction programme including attending training courses and shadow shifts to prepare you for your work which is supported by a structured supervision system as well as on going training to help you be the best you can be. We also offer a fast tracking training programme to support staff with professional development and promotion. We provide in-house and client specific training as well as a commitment to NVQ training for ALL staff from level 2 upwards.
