High quality accommodation

Finding the right accommodation is crucial to making sure that our clients feel comfortable and relaxed in their new home as we help them to start living in a more independent way.

We have access to a range of properties for our clients to rent or to be rented on their behalf, including flats with one or two bedrooms, small houses and bungalows.

Our accommodation is primarily located in the Gloucester area but we are developing a portfolio of properties in other parts of the country. In choosing accommodation, we identify properties that are between five and 20 minutes’ walk from facilities including employment opportunities, entertainment and shops.

Everyone using our services can also receive support to maintain their tenancy agreements through advice and support on issues including claiming benefits, maintaining their home and other practical matters.

We understand that clients may enjoy the privacy and freedom of living in their own home but we also encourage involvement in social activities and getting together with other people within their local community.
