Our philosophy is simple: we put the individual first. Our care strategy respects the rights of the people we work with and we encourage individual choice in all aspects of the independent life that we help them to lead.
We believe that everyone is free to enjoy the privacy of their home and our staff recognise that they are privileged visitors to our clients’ personal space.
We also believe in observing and maintaining each client’s dignity as we provide the assistance they need, while always aiming to maximise opportunities for greater independence.
We offer our services in a variety of settings and support, tailored to individual needs and supported by our commitment to promoting independence, decision-making, responsibility and independent living skills for everyone we work with.
