To support the varied needs and abilities of our clients, we have built up a team of specialist workers offering wide-ranging skills and experience. 

All of our support workers have undergone specific training and hold qualifications appropriate to their role. We also encourage our people to further develop their skills through an ongoing programme of education and training.

For the peace of mind of our clients and their family, every member of our support team is screened by the police and through our own in-house procedures.

We know that continuity of care is important to our clients and we rarely use agency staff. When we do, the staff we employ will be qualified to the same high standards as our own.
